GTM Electrical is a medium-sized electrical installation and maintenance contractor established in 1990 with a 3 million annual turnover.
We employ 27 personnel, including 24 qualified electricians and service technicians. We act as both principal contractor and subcontractor depending on the client / contractor contractual relationship required by your project.
We are currently involved with several partnership contracts and understand the concept sufficiently to deliver a high standard of installation within the required remit.
Our organisational structure separates the very different disciplines of main projects, small works projects and day to day maintenance projects with each works team individually managed to ensure sufficient focus is maintained to avoid priority driven daily workload synonymous with this industry. i.e. He who shouts loudest receives resources!!
Our intentions are to make sure that no matter whether it’s a shower circuit to one property, a contract to refurbish 500 properties or a new office development the project receives the same attention to detail, delivered on time and to your entire satisfaction. We have undertaken projects in terms of value from fifty pounds to two million pounds.
We wanted to achieve the standard not only to make a statement to our stakeholders of our intentions concerning delivery of a quality product but also to create efficiency within the administration functions of the organisation. By having a documented management system we are in a position to make it easier for all engineering staff to identify, using the well organised filing structure, information on any of the projects we are or have been involved with.
